Parts Counter Associate

Job Description

Calibrated Products, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Front Counter Associate to join our team. If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and being hands-on in a fast-paced shop environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and will-call customers.
• Assemble hydraulic hoses to customer specifications (training provided).
• Receive and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory and assist with inventory control.
• Keep the front counter and warehouse areas organized and clean.
• Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new software.
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/shop environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
