We are not a revolving‑door cleaning company. We value reliability, recognize strong performance quickly, and work hard to build a solid team culture. We maintain long‑term contracts with apartment communities across the St. Louis metro area, providing steady year‑round work.

Pay: Starts at $18/hour + performance‑based raises twice per year.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Location: Multiple properties across the St. Louis metro area.

• Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, laundry rooms)
• Deep clean vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)
• Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards
• Work independently and as part of a small team

• Valid driver’s license
• Personal vehicle with current license plates and insurance
• Comfortable working across multiple job sites in the metro area
• Ability to pass background screening

• Starting pay of $18/hour + $1/hour raise at 90 days for strong performance
