This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys balancing hands-on work, team leadership, and resident service while making a direct impact on the success of a property.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations by:
- Leading and supporting a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues
- Ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and operating efficiently
- Managing vendor relationships and maintenance projects
- Supporting budget and inventory management
- Delivering exceptional service to residents and helping resolve maintenance concerns
We're searching for someone who is:
- A strong leader who enjoys developing and supporting others
- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing demands
- Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Customer-service focused
- Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience with maintenance management software and mobile technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
