This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys balancing hands-on work, team leadership, and resident service while making a direct impact on the success of a property.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations by:

• Leading and supporting a team of maintenance technicians
• Coordinating work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turns
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues
• Ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and operating efficiently
• Managing vendor relationships and maintenance projects
• Supporting budget and inventory management
• Delivering exceptional service to residents and helping resolve maintenance concerns

We're searching for someone who is:

• A strong leader who enjoys developing and supporting others

• Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Customer-service focused
• Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Experience leading maintenance teams or supervising projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
• EPA Certification preferred
• Experience with maintenance management software and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
