Facility Maintenance Tech

Hogan Transportation is seeking a Facility Maintenance Tech to keep our transportation and warehousing facilities operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on docks, doors, lighting, and building systems, as well as basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. You'll inspect equipment, respond to work orders, coordinate with operations to reduce downtime, and follow strict safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, dock equipment, and building infrastructure
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues in a warehouse/terminal environment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service doors, lighting, conveyors, material-handling and yard support equipment
• Document work in maintenance or work order systems and maintain accurate repair/inspection records
• Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout, and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
• Coordinate with operations and vendors to schedule repairs and minimize downtime
• Assist with minor HVAC, carpentry, and general building upkeep as needed
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and facility reliability
