Building Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of hotel building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues across various building systems.
• Lead and execute engineering projects, from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes, legislation, and company policies.
• Respond to emergency situations or breakdowns during and outside business hours.
