As our Overnight Facilities & Restaurant Readiness Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant is spotless, well-maintained, and fully ready for an excellent day of business. This hands-on position offers a chance to develop practical skills in facilities upkeep, minor repairs, and restaurant readiness while working in a supportive and enthusiastic team.

• Receive and organize nightly Chick-fil-A supply deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and storage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and work areas, including dry, refrigerated, and frozen sections.
• Perform minor repairs such as tightening hardware, painting touch-ups, and assembling equipment.
• Complete scheduled deep cleaning projects, including floors, walls, equipment, and exterior areas.
• Assist with seasonal and exterior maintenance like pressure washing, snow removal, and debris cleanup.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully prepared and safe for the opening team each morning.

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined, comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks.
• Organized and able to follow checklists, procedures, and safety standards.
• Comfortable working overnight hours and both indoors and outdoors in varied conditions.
• A positive team player who communicates clearly and takes pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for facility.

Overnight / Third Shift

• Shifts will generally be scheduled between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM
• Candidates must be available and comfortable working overnight hours
• Actual start and end times may vary slightly based on business needs, nightly truck delivery timing, weather, and assigned facilities projects
• Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays
