Job Skills / RequirementsThe Lead Custodian is responsible for providing hands-on leadership and support to the custodial team while ensuring assigned areas of the Ritenour School District are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition. The Lead Custodian works closely with custodians, supervisors, and HES management to ensure daily cleaning responsibilities and client expectations are consistently met.
The Lead Custodian is expected to lead by example, maintain a professional attitude, assist with training employees, and help address daily operational needs.
