Accessible Space, Inc. provides accessible, affordable apartments for persons with physical disabilities as well as seniors and veterans. We are seeking an experienced Full time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in St Paul!
2 Bedroom Caretaker Unit Available Rent Free (not Required)
Responsibilities- Perform minor maintenance
- Clean common areas of the building
- Handle apartment turns and move out inspections
- Complete work order requests
- Conduct grounds maintenance
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- Complete move in paperwork
- Show vacant units to prospective residents
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and appropriately interact with individuals
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Good attention to detail
Pass a criminal background check
Wage: $19.50 - $20.50.
