Removal Specialist Overview: This is a physical, project-based role focused on the efficient clearing of residential estates. You will meet on-site to sort and load household items into either a company box truck or an on-site dumpster, ensuring the property is cleared for the next stage of the liquidation process.

Removal Specialist Pay: $20.00/hour (Starting) | $30.00 - $40.00/hour (Proven/Luxury Tier)

Removal Specialist Shift:
Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Potential for Mon-Fri based on volume).

Removal Specialist Key Requirements:

• Reliability: Ability to arrive at different designated locations on time with 1-2 weeks' notice.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to strictly load and unload furniture and household goods for the duration of the shift.
• Professionalism: Must be presentable and trustworthy, especially when working in high-end luxury estates.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to drive directly to and from various job sites daily.

Removal Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently move items from the interior of the home to the on-site dumpster or company box truck.
• Asset Sorting: Follow directions to ensure items are placed in the correct receptacle (dumpster vs. truck for auction/donation).
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a driver and a small team of 3-4 specialists to clear the property within the designated timeframe.
