• Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry
• Grounds upkeep and snow removal
• Interior painting
• Janitorial to keep the community looking impeccable
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Communicate professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
• Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move‑ins and maintain communities to the highest standard
• All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license
• Time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Dry‑walling, painting and carpentry experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing
• Working knowledge of electrical, including outlets, switches and light fixtures

• Experience in multi‑family housing
• HVAC certification (strongly preferred)
• CPO certification or willingness to obtain it
• Chiller knowledge

• On‑Call responsibilities
