Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community Manager in maintaining the assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, performing repairs, and implementing a preventive maintenance program.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of building maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a boiler's license. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $28-$30 per hour in downtown St. Paul.
