No experience required. Just reliability, work ethic, and a desire to grow.

Soccer games, school plays, family dinners – you’ll be there. We build schedules around the reality that our team members are parents, partners, and people with lives outside of work. This isn’t a perk. It’s part of our culture.

Most companies hire runners and leave them there. At MSP, this role is a starting point – not a destination. We have a formal development program designed to move you into the trades when you’re ready. We’ll build toward it together.

• Reliable – you show up, on time, every day, and follow through on what you say

• Able to push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Ability to pass a background and drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent

When a technician has the right parts at the right time, they can take care of our customers. You are a direct part of making that happen.

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites and field technicians
• Warehouse work – organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory
• Part pick‑ups from suppliers and vendors
• Van build‑outs – prepping and stocking service vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles inside and out
• Assist with vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance
• Support grounds keeping at office and warehouse locations
• Communicate clearly with Dispatch
