Join the team Maintenance Lead will provide hands‑on supervision of routine and preventive maintenance operations for the 120‑unit Senior Living Residence in St. Paul’s Highland Park area, including turn‑over activities to ensure units are rent‑ready for new residents and support of special events setup and takedown. The role requires performing routine and preventive maintenance Monday‑through‑Friday during daytime hours, with occasional on‑call after‑hours emergencies.
