Restoration Technician

Servpro is hiring a Restoration Technician to help bring damaged properties back to life. The role focuses on cleaning, restoring, and ensuring a clean and orderly finish for each job site.

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities; set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Clean structures and personal property after fire damage, water damage, and post‑construction debris.
• Perform deodorization methods under management direction.
• Document jobsite details and communicate with customers regularly.
• Collaborate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform other production processes as directed.
• Complete end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown; leave the jobsite clean and orderly.

• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to and from work; transportation to job sites is provided or reimbursed.
• Travel up to 15% outside of market acceptable.
• Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.

• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
• Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
• Work with/around cleaning agents.
• Work independently or in a team setting.
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
