Schedule: Monday – Friday 5 pm–1 am and some weekends

Hire Type: Floater

Compensation: USD $22.00 per hour

A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas.

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties such as attending to flooded areas, spills, and related clean‑up work for trash and restroom concerns

• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Willingness to work assigned hours
• Physically capable of performing job demands including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods
