First Service Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support building upkeep under the Community Manager. You will diagnose issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a high level of resident satisfaction while maintaining safe work environments.
The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with residents, contractors, and staff. Schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.
