• Minimum of 1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Preferred experience with equipment such as Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, and Blow Molding machines.
• Pneumatics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.).
• Hydraulics (cylinders, valves, solenoids, etc.).
• Electrical (knowledge of multimeters, 24v to 480v 3-phase power, electric motors, VFD's etc.).
• Automation systems (photo eyes, proximity switches, limit switches, etc.).
• Various pumps (diaphragm, centrifugal, and displacement).
• Mechanical skills (motor and gearbox changeouts/alignment, bearing replacement, and reading mechanical blueprints).

• Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Performs emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during active operations.
• Completes daily preventative maintenance (PMs), general maintenance tasks, and routine production line changeovers.
• Utilizes CCMS and Red Zone systems to document and track repairs, supporting efforts to minimize downtime and improve overall production efficiency.
• Adheres to all safety standards and ensures a safe working environment at all times.
• Maintains a clean and organized workstation, including surrounding areas.
• Provides support to other team members as needed to meet production goals.
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, conduct, and appearance standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
• Communicates effectively and professionally with colleagues across all departments.

• Eligibility for 5 paid holidays.
• Accrual up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year.
