Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Residence Inn by Marriott, Roseville, MN
Hours:
11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Thursday thru Monday Pay: $20–$22/hour, based on experience
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
Get it done! TPI Hospitality is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain our properties at the highest standards. You will be responsible for the building and grounds, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-ready operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain hotel property as if it were your own.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs.
- Work with the Chief Maintenance Engineer to meet and exceed operational expectations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and associates.
- Uphold TPI's nine core values in daily actions and decisions.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and pay attention to detail.
