As a Printer Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the dissemination of public assistance benefits, Child Support, MNCARE, MAXIS, MMIS and various documents for a number of other State Agencies at the Issuance Operation Center (IOC). The incumbent must ensure the accurate and timely preparation of these benefits and document by performing a variety of processing functions.

** Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:*
* + Setting up, operating, diagnosing malfunctions and troubleshooting problems in the high-speed inserting machines.

+ Operates printers and monitors the work performed by executing all duties associated with accepting and logging documents to print.

+ Report malfunction in printers, servers or other technical equipment for prompt resolution.

+ Access and perform function on mainframe and Ricoh print servers.

** Minimum Qualifications*

+ Must be able to operate insertion equipment;

+ Must be able operate printing equipment.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Experience operation of Pitney Bowes/Bluecrest insertion machines (FPS, Evolution, Epic inserting systems).

+ Experience operation of IBM 4100 printing system or equivalent printing equipment.

+ Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

+ Must be able to stand for long period of time.

+ Must be able to move pallet of material with equipment.
