Keep the facility operating and repair problems as they are discovered to prevent worsening;
Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage to windows, doors, or walls;
Repair broken or leaking plumbing to prevent water damage and restore water fixtures;
Work on damaged electrical wiring when a fault occurs;
