Banner Property Management is excited to welcome a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to our team at Timber Club Apartments, a brand-new apartment community in St. Peters, MO. This is a unique opportunity to join our team during the launch of a new development and play an important role in creating a community from the ground up.
As a member of the new maintenance team, you will establish the high standards, processes, and resident experience that will define Timber Club for years to come. From preparing newly constructed apartments and maintaining building systems to ensuring the community looks its best, your work will have a lasting impact on the success of this exciting new property.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited by the opportunity to help build something special. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you will help ensure the property is beautifully maintained, operating efficiently, and provides residents with a place they are proud to call home.
What You'll Do:
- Perform general appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit inspections
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues while providing timely solutions
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to protect the property's assets
- Respond promptly to resident service requests using a paperless work order system
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with inventory management
- Perform general carpentry, drywall, painting, and other property repairs
- Support vendor coordination and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and curb appeal
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal property needs as required
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with company standards
