Maintenance Supervisor

Mazak, Haas, and Hermle?

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to mentor technicians, improve equipment reliability, and support facility infrastructure. If you're passionate about continuous improvement, safety, and building high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to strengthen troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance during complex equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with leadership to implement departmental goals and operational initiatives.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration across multiple departments and shifts.
Maintenance Operations
  • Coordinate and supervise daily preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure equipment reliability and facility readiness to support production goals.
  • Monitor and prioritize work orders, service requests, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout maintenance operations.
Facility & Infrastructure Management
  • Oversee maintenance of HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building utility systems.
  • Coordinate facility repairs and improvements, including lighting, roofing, doors, flooring, and structural components.
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify safety risks, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and capital projects by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
  • Track project progress and help ensure completion on time and within scope.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and workplace organization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • ** WELL VERSED IN MAINTENANCE OF: 3 & 5 axis CNC Machine Centers and Lathes, SPECIFICALLY:
    Mazak, Haas, and Hermle
  • Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment maintenance.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Background
  • Vocational training, technical education, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience supporting facility infrastructure and maintenance projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
