Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance on the property;
Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection and creating a punch list;
Tracks inventory and requisitions supplies and materials for maintenance;
Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests;
Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting as needed
