Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Follows safety policies and participates in safety trainings; maintains cleanliness and safety in buildings, grounds, and common areas;
Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing issues per policies and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies;
Manages materials and inventory: obtains, tracks, returns, and notifies when re-ordering needs arise;
Maintains documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections;
Assists in grounds/amenities upkeep (trash pickup, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage) and supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing components where feasible
