• Lead client walk-throughs and confirm job expectations
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company standards
• Support and mentor teammates during cleanings
• Serve as primary communicator with clients and the office
• Document notes, updates, and photos using company apps

• 1+ year of residential cleaning experience required
• Ability to complete solo cleans with confidence
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
• Ability to work 25-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule

• Starting pay of $20.00 -$24.00 per hour, based on experience, + tips!
• Earn up to $175/month in performance bonuses.
