Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, well-presented facility. • Must possess, at minimum, a 10th grade education
• Ability to speak and write English
• Leadership qualities
• Housekeeping experience
• Ability to relate to residents and staff in a courteous and diplomatic manner under all circumstances
• Must successfully complete thorough background screen
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position

• Assign tasks to the housekeeping team
• Take responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions in accordance with daily work assignments and established procedures
• Clean, wash, sanitize, and polish furnishings
• Clean floors and bathrooms as necessary and directed
• Spot check assigned vacant rooms and clean as needed
• Follow established safety and infection control practices when performing tasks and using equipment and supplies
• Clean work and supply carts and equipment as necessary
• Attend departmental and staff meetings, in-service educational classes, and on-the-job training programs as scheduled
