We are seeking a Full‑Time Janitor to support the Home’s mission of hospitality by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, Sisters, staff, and visitors. This role includes general janitorial duties, floor care, and support to the Dietary Department through dishwashing and related kitchen cleaning tasks.

• 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas and assigned spaces
• Perform routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and use of floor equipment
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning projects as assigned
• Support the Dietary team with dishwashing and kitchen sanitation duties
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures
• Properly use, store, and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Work cooperatively with other departments in a mission‑based environment

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial or floor care experience preferred
  
  Willingness to assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Attention to detail and good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good overall physical and mental health
• Friendly, respectful demeanor with residents, Sisters, staff, and visitors
• Ability to meet background check and health screening requirements
