Groundskeeper

• Pay: $18

• Schedule:

  • 5 days per week

  • Must maintain a consistent weekly schedule

  • Work must be completed before dark

• Paid training

• Clean and safe work environment

• Flexible schedule with work-life balance

• Opportunity to continue to build hands-on maintenance and ground keeping skills

• Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, and general upkeep

• Support light maintenance tasks such as reading meters and assisting with small repairs

• On rare occasions, help with unit turnovers, including clean-outs and preparation for new residents

• Respond to work orders and assist with basic upkeep of the community

• Support the maintenance supervisor with plumbing tasks, such as identifying leaks or replacing simple fixtures in the residential office

• Positive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

• Experience in landscaping, general labor, or property maintenance preferred

• Ability to operate lawn equipment

• Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus but not required

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply but not required
