Beach House Senior Living, now a part of the Age Well Senior Living family, is seeking an experienced Plant Operations leader to oversee maintenance, safety, and facilities for our Jacksonville, FL community.
You will manage electrical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead maintenance and housekeeping teams to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
