Part-time Cleaner​/Janitor - 1st - 2nd shift - St. Petersburg, FL

Ram Clean is looking for a Part Time commercial cleaner / janitor. You will be working a 1st-2nd shift at a commercial business location in St. Petersburg, Florida  in the Gateway District Area.

Requirements for this location:

• High-security location.
• Must go through and pass required Background Check & Fingerprint.
• Must have Commercial Cleaning Experience.
• Mandatory professional dress code is required.
• Schedule:
  
  1 Part - Time Cleaner.
• Shift Days:
  Saturday & Sunday.
• Shift
  
  Hours:
  
  1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (8 hours per shift).
• Break: 30 minutes.

• Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms.
• Wiping down tables, desks, and counters.
• Vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Mopping hard floors and bathrooms.
• Emptying trash.
• Monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies.

• Starting pay: $16 per hour.
• Increased pay rate is available if you have experience in floor stripping/waxing or carpet cleaning.
• Increased pay rate is available for bilingual Spanish/English speakers.
• Opportunities for advancement to Lead or Supervisor positions.
