Ram Clean is looking for a Part Time commercial cleaner / janitor. You will be working a 1st-2nd shift at a commercial business location in St. Petersburg, Florida in the Gateway District Area.
Requirements for this location:- Please note that this is a High
- Security Location - Must go through and pass required Background Check & Fingerprint
- Must have Commercial Cleaning Experience
- Mandatory professional dress code is required

Shift Days: Saturday & Sunday
Shift
Hours:
5:00 am to 1:30 pm - 8 hours per shift
Break: 30 minutes
Commercial cleaners have typical janitor / custodian responsibilities that include:- Cleaning of entryways, hallways, offices, and restrooms
- Wiping down tables, desks, and counters
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Mopping hard floors and bathrooms
- Emptying trash
- Monitoring and stocking janitorial supplies
If you are a hard working, dependable worker with reliable transportation, Opportunities for full time will be available.
Pay and Benefits- Starting pay: $16 per hour
- Increased pay rate is available if you are experienced in floor stripping / waxing or carpet clean
- Increased pay rate is available for bilingual Spanish / English
- Opportunities for advancement to Lead or Supervisor positions
