Job Summary:As a Painter with Vivo Healthcare West Orange, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility by painting resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces. You will perform touch-ups and routine painting maintenance to ensure a consistent and high-quality appearance throughout the facility. Additionally, you will prepare surfaces, patch minor imperfections, and maintain a neat work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:- Paint resident rooms, hallways, common areas, and other designated spaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff.
- Perform touch-ups and routine painting maintenance to ensure a consistent and high-quality appearance throughout the facility.
- Prepare surfaces, patch minor imperfections, and maintain a neat work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Follow facility safety procedures and minimize disruptions to residents to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere.
As a member of our painting team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, collaborating with our maintenance department to ensure the overall cleanliness and appearance of our facility.
