Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
The role of the Automation Technician is to support all aspects of production in repairing equipment specializing in PLC troubleshooting, networking, IT systems, and robotics.

- Troubleshoot, Program, and backup all PLCs and interfaces
- Create and troubleshoot the PLC network including designing layout to support new equipment lines
- Ensure PLC laptops have updated software to communicate to all equipment
- Train Maintenance Personnel on PLC troubleshooting and reading ladder logic
- Support Palletizing operation by learning Yaskawa Robotics
- Installation, modification, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
- Maintenance of plant building, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain clean equipment and shop area.
- Flexible work schedule covering all shifts and some weekends
- 2-3 years experience in Automation Technology, preferably in a food production environment
- Proficient with Excel and Word and able to administer and use PM program software
- Flexible hours
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software;
Design software;
Manufacturing software;
Order processing systems;
Project Management software;
Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. - Associate's degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $53.00 - $53.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
