Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Capitol Toyota has an immediate need for an Express Technician Lead to join our professional team of technicians. This position is Tuesday – Saturday.
The Express Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing daily Express Maintenance operations to ensure fast, accurate, and Toyota standard service execution. This role leads the team, drives throughput, enforces process discipline, and directly supports goals by reducing excessive wait times and improving communication flow.
This position serves as the single point of contact for the Express team, ensuring consistent coordination and timely completion of services, including video MPIs within quarter time expectations. The position also manages Pre Delivery Inspections (PDI) from write up through final close.

- At least one year of experience managing a team of express technicians
- At least 2 years of experience as an express technician
- A working knowledge of shop equipment and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of motivation for customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, team building – all with a customer focused attitude
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
