Sanitation Crew Member

Join a hands‑on team that keeps our manufacturing facility running clean and safe. As a Sanitation Crew Member, you'll work collaboratively to clean and sanitize equipment and spaces throughout our factory and warehouse—playing a critical role in our commitment to food safety and quality.

• Operate hoses, sprayers, shovels, scrubbers, and air‑powered tools safely and efficiently
• Remove product buildup from equipment and floors using color‑coded tools and proper cleaning agents
• Wash conveyor belts, containers, walls, floors, and plant facilities including coolers and forklifts
• Wear and maintain PPE appropriate for each task (all PPE provided by Oregon Fruit Company)
• Follow Lock‑out Tag‑out (LOTO) procedures and all food safety protocols

• Ability to read, follow, and communicate safety instructions in English
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfort working around hot water, steam, and a variety of cleaning agents while wearing PPE
• Ability to safely navigate wet floors, mezzanines, stairs, and occasional confined spaces near operating equipment
• A safety‑conscious mindset and commitment to not posing a risk to coworkers

No prior experience required. We provide all in‑house safety training to set you up for success. Come ready to work hard and be part of a team that takes pride in keeping our facility in top shape.
