Auto Glass Technician – Salem Location

We are looking for an auto glass technician to join our Salem shop. Starting salary ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, depending on experience. Additional earnings are available through bonus and incentive programs.

• Repair and replace auto glass using approved methods, tools, and techniques.
• Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and work areas comply with all regulations and requirements.
• Ship and receive inventory and examine received inventory for quality control.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• State‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, stand, bend, and stand for long periods.
