Dealership:

L0240 BMW of SalemBMW of Salem Hiring: BMW Certified Technician Pay: $32.00 to $45.00 flat rate depending on experience, plus production bonuses.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Overtime is also available.

This position is onsite in Salem OR and reports to the Service Manager.

What You'll DoPerform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BMW vehicles

Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and service procedures

Accurately document repairs and recommendations

Maintain high levels of productivity and quality repairs

Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience

Stay current with BMW training, certifications, and emerging vehicle technologies

What You'll BringBMW Certification (Level 1, 2, 3, or Master Technician preferred)2+ years of working in a dealership environment

Strong diagnostic, mechanical, electrical, and drivability skillsASE certifications are ideal but not required

Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic

Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality repairs

Ability to learn and adapt to evolving BMW technology

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
