- Perform service and repair on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites.
- Service, troubleshoot, and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics and operational product manuals.
- Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.
- Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
- Perform inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Outstanding customer-facing service and problem-solving skills
- PC skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Any manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie Pyro Chem
- Valid US drivers license
Hourly range: $20–$26 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
