Responsible for the floor care of all resilient flooring and carpet throughout the hospital.;
Operates floor equipment including vacuums, burnishers, scrubbers, wet vacs, carpet extractor.;
Maintains floor procedures such as dust mopping, mopping, stripping, and application of floor finish; burnishing.;
Ensures proper handling of floor chemicals and adheres to infection control policies and PPE use.;
Maintains flooring in patient and non-patient areas, offices, common areas, hallways, and restrooms to a high standard.
