HES Facilities Management - - Responsibilities:
Carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction) and floor care (scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing) on hard surface floors;
Operate high and low speed floor buffers up to 24 inches and propane burnishing equipment;
Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility;
Operate and maintain floor cleaning/finishing equipment including floor buffers/burnishes, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment;
Lift and carry up to 70 pounds
