He/she is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and neat, as well as for all tools and equipment necessary to perform this operation.

• Keep the building, workbenches, company tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Keep the grounds cleaned from all trash and loose items.
• Help keep the salvage yard cleaned up and orderly.
• Help in ordering, cleaning equipment as needed.
• Have a driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Pick up parts and take customers around town as required.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Follow Bruckner policy and procedures, implied and expressed.
• Work with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (minimum 9th grade education).
• Experience in the trade and knowledge of proper products and tools required.
• Ability to take instructions and interact cooperatively with supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Capacity to move easily between tasks; ability to handle some level of stress.

• Pass a physical and drug screen.
• Lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high and 25 lbs to shoulder high.
• Work around, over, and under equipment and trucks as needed.
