CKMHC is growing and looking for a Maintenance and Custodial Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- General cleaning of the common areas, painting, changing filters, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, and breakrooms.
- Responding to maintenance helpdesk tickets.
- Secondary tasks such as grounds maintenance – trimming hedges and trees, weeding landscape areas, cleaning snow from walkways, and spreading ice melt.
- Cleaning three campus buildings daily Monday–Friday.
- Ability to interact respectfully with people of various backgrounds.
- Great attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently.
- Safe use/operation of maintenance tools and machines.
- High school degree or equivalent.
The current schedule is 6 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday–Friday, subject to change based on CKMHC needs. This is a full‑time position and benefits can be found on the ‘Careers’ page.
