Vehicle Service Attendant - Truck Cleaner - Salinas

Overview

The Enterprise Truck Division has immediate openings for a Full Time Vehicle Service Attendant (Truck Detailer/Washer). Our Truck Rental Division provides transportation solutions within the truck industry, renting business to business and to the retail customer as well. Our goal is to provide high service levels and clean, well-maintained trucks. The VSA will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and providing light maintenance on a diverse fleet of Medium‑Duty trucks.

280 Mortensen Avenue, Salinas, CA 93905. Pay: $20 per hour. California driver's license required.

  Off
• Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday:
  Off

• Clean vehicle interior and exterior, including windshields, windows, and mats.
• Remove decals and de‑identify trucks.
• Drive various vehicles safely and efficiently while on and off the lot; assist with local vehicle deliveries and miscellaneous job‑related duties.
• Check and maintain fluid levels on all vehicles.
• Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment, conditions, or vehicle problems.
• Perform basic maintenance such as tire pressure checks, fluid checks, replace marker lights, maintain the lift gate, etc.
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in a clean working condition.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance.

• At least 21 years old.
• Read and speak English.
• Minimum 6 months work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.

All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner’s certificate or successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination (certification for at least 6 months). This job disallows moonlighting; employees cannot hold another job or position.
