Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and designated interior areas of the property. Ground duties include daily upkeep, trash removal, and inventory management of supplies and equipment.
You must operate grounds keeping tools and machinery, follow OSHA standards, take initiative, and respond courteously to residents. This full-time role requires good judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
