Position: Data Center Facilities Operation Tech (Levels 1-5)
Insight Global is supporting one of the largest Data Center builds in the Saline, MI area with a major hyperscaler client of ours. They are looking to bring on NOC Operations Managers and Facilities Operations Technicians at all levels and looking to move quickly with interviews. Facilities Operations Technician II – 1-3 years of experience Learning systems and supporting work Follows procedures and safety standards Limited independent troubleshooting Facilities Operations Technician III – 3-5 years of experience Performs work independently Troubleshoots systems and supports incidents Owns equipment and tasks Facilities Operations Technician IV – 5-7 years of experience with at least 1 year supervisor/leadership Leads troubleshooting and incident response Writes procedures (MOPs/SOPs) Acts as shift lead / escalation point Report into Plant Manager Facilities Operations Technician V – 7+ years of experience with SME in mechanical or electrical systems MUST BE OPEN TO ALL SHIFTS!
