Weekends are not required. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role includes installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives.
- $17.00 per hour
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement
- Paid training
- Respond promptly to field services management communications, typically within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date availability.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and service displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and load‑team installations (2+ people), providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software tools and ensure execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate time‑card submission; report anomalies daily and make needed corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Schedule and plan hours and locations, which may vary week to week; occasional weekends and early‑morning or holiday hours possible.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives as provided and execute fully and completely.
- Work closely within the shared services team to ensure goals, identify opportunities for improvement, communicate, and drive solutions, ensuring operational efficiencies.
- Age / Eligibility – Must be 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability – Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as required; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities – Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability – Ability to adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
- Communication Skills – Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity; respond promptly to field services management communications.
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Installation/Technology Experience – Proficiency with hand and power tools; experience installing and merchandising displays; follow planogram directives and secondary communication; own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
- Transportation – Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication – Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment and effective problem‑solving; ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
