- Tune and test filters and electronic components using specification sheets, drawings, and blueprints.
- Utilize network analyzers and computer programs to outline filter capacity and function.
- Adhere to Manufacturing Operating Procedures (MOP) and Automated Testing Procedures (ATP).
- Conduct quality assurance spot checks and tests for accuracy of products.
- Operate equipment including network analyzers, calipers, computers, continuity testers/meters, microscopes, soldering irons, plotters, calculators, wrenches, and tuning instruments.
- Clean finished products according to established procedures.
- Measure tolerances and record job-specific data on forms, logs, time sheets, and other required documentation.
- Complete work with accuracy and speed.
High School Diploma or GED plus related experience, such as electronics training or televisions repair. Prior soldering experience or skills are preferred. Mathematical skills with emphasis on computing rates, ratios, and percentages. Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret bar graphs and instructions. Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Bonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
