Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, Building Maintenance

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Tech to contribute to building maintenance and grounds upkeep. The role involves electrical, plumbing, painting, equipment maintenance and ensuring a safe environment for residents.

• Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds.
• Collaborate with Supervisor and team members on maintenance assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required.
• Contribute to overall functionality and appearance of the facility.

• High school diploma or graduation from a technology program.
• Experience in maintenance and power plant work preferred.

• Perform maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
