Maintenance Tech II

Full-Time / Benefited position working Sunday - Thursday morning - Some maintenance skills required.

As a member of the FM team at the Jewish Community Center, you will provide our members and guests with the highest level of customer service while ensuring their safety in a fun and community-oriented environment. We take pride in providing a high level safety and comfort our community counts on when they come to our facility.

Experience maintenance tech II, basic maintenance, some plumbing, painting, etc. A high level of integrity and a good work ethic. Desire to work/learn from others about all the different aspects of maintaining a high end property. Desire to make lives of members and employees, who come to the JCC, just a little better, through excellent: events, health and fitness, beautiful spaces and educational classes.

Must be able to be outside in various weather conditions, and perform cleaning duties as assigned.

• Provide customer service to all members, employees and guests.
• Execute minor repairs, hardware, plumbing, ceiling tile, grounds maintenance, etc.
• Cleaning, as required.
• Understand rules, policies, and procedures as stated in the safety manual, as well as how to respond to any and all emergencies.
• Assist fellow staff in tasks
• All other assorted minor jobs assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
