Logistics Service Technician I

Position Summary:

The Logistics Service Technician I is responsible for coordinating and executing the flow of materials and products within the facility while ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. This role involves a combination of administrative and hands‑on tasks, including inventory management, order processing, and general facility maintenance. In addition, the LST I will be responsible for performing functional testing of non‑life sustaining medical equipment to ensure that it is operating correctly and meets all quality standards, as well as data entry on cloud‑based programs and operating a forklift.

This position reports to a climate‑controlled facility.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track the movement of materials and products within the facility using cloud‑based programs.
• Load outgoing trucks and unload incoming trucks.
• Support with periodic physical counts of supply inventory.
• Receive and clean returned inventory.
• Perform contents verification.
• Perform and document functional testing of non‑life sustaining medical equipment to ensure that it is operating correctly and meets all quality standards.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and products within the facility as needed.
• Operate scissor lift and pallet jack as needed.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Read and follow work instructions.
• Assume other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a facility or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and experience with cloud‑based programs.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Familiarity with testing and quality control procedures.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including on‑call rotation, evenings and weekends as needed.
